Greenhouse Cottage TVC

This is a Television Commercial I produced for my client who owns and runs Greenhouse Cottage. Actually I had never heard of this brillent cafe until I had a meeting there with a TV station rep about another commercial I was working on. Between the rep and myself we had the owners convinced this little hideaway needed some exposure. Turned out a very successful campaign so I’m told

Crash Crash Burn Film

This is a little teaser for the short film Crash Crash Burn directed by Elise Reader. I was DOP and co-produced with Elise. Was a great experience, shot entirely with my own 5DMKII on an extremely tight budget of around $400. Local businesses were kind enough to sponsor us with donations of food, drinks etc for cast and crew. Took three long days dealing with rain, wildlife and the complexities of a car crash but I loved every minute of it! The short film of around 10 minutes is currently in post production and hopefully will be doing the rounds of some film festivals this year

Sleepwalking Documentary

Wander Through The Night

This is a documentary I co-wrote and shot on sleepwalking as part of an assessment task. Unfortunately we were limited to 10 minutes running time but this subject really deserved longer.

I have a friend who still sleepwalks once in a while and I found it fascinating. Once I began to research for this doco I found out just how common sleepwalking is especially among children and how dangerous that could be. If you ever slept walked as a child, be aware the likelihood of your children sleepwalking is high.

Gold Coast Time-Lapse

Time Travel

This is part of a time-lapse series that I am currently working on tentatively named, Time Travel. I know not a very creative name but the plan is to have a variety of shots from around the Gold Coast Australia, night and day then edit it all into a 2-3 minute video. I love time-lapse photography so rest assured this project and others like it will appear in my portfolio for years to come.
